Returns & Refund Policy


In the extremely rare case that you’re not 100% in love with your products from The Funky Brand, we do accept returns.

If you found your item to be defective, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact support@thefunkybrand.com and let them know the issue you’re experiencing.

If the funky life just wasn’t for you, we do accept returns within a 30-day period from the initial delivery date. A refund for the purchase price, less shipping and handling, will be provided via the original form of payment. Please allow up to 2 weeks after the return was received by our facility for the refund to process. Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of the return. Please contact support@thefunkybrand.com to initiate your return.
